Does it cost anything to use the hub?

No. Free Play Casino Hub is free end to end. There are no subscriptions, no chip packs to buy, and no paid unlocks inside Cabin 21, Wildwood Tiles, or Beacon Roll.

Can virtual chips be cashed out?

Never. Chips are a score counter with zero monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, gifted for money, or converted into goods or services.

Why is there an age gate?

The lounge includes card, grid, and wheel games aimed at adults. We ask you to confirm you meet the age of majority in your province or territory (19+ in most of Canada; 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec) before the games load.

Where do my chip balances live?

In your browser's local storage — one jar per game. We do not sync balances to a server, so clearing site data resets them.

I am down to a handful of chips. Now what?

Each game starts with 1,000 chips. If you dip below 100, an automatic daily refresh can restore you to 1,000. You may also press Claim daily coins once every 24 hours on a game page.

Is there a login or profile?

No accounts, passwords, or member areas. Confirm your age, choose a game, and play. That is the whole flow.

Will it run on my phone?

Yes, on current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on phones and tablets, as well as desktop browsers.

Are results fair and random?

Yes. Shuffles, tile fills, and wheel stops use the browser's built-in random number generator. Past rounds do not change future odds.

Something broke — how do I tell you?

Open the Contact page and email us which game misbehaved and what you tapped. Screenshots help if you have one.
